Aerial Yoga workshop for parent/child (3-8 years)

Join Womanhood yoga studio for the Parent-Child aerial yoga workshop and Fly in the slings together!

This playful parent-child sling session will take place at Vakantiepark Delftse Hout.
If the weather does not allow it, the session will take place indoors (at the studio in the heart of Delft). You will be notified in time.

Parent-child sling session -
In this playful yoga class, you fly together in our slings through the outdoor area of Vakantiepark Delfste Hout! By moving mindfully together in a playful way, you can meaningfully strengthen the contact with your child.

Good to know -
In this outdoor session, there is room for a maximum of 11 pairs. Kids age: 3 - 8 years old. We train barefoot and wear tight clothing that covers the armpits. Wearing buttons and/or zips can damage the cloths. In addition, it is recommended not to eat or drink for an hour prior to class due to swinging in the cloths.
Teacher speaks Dutch and English.

Rates -
The investment for this session is €35. The ticket is valid for 1 parent/carer together with a child.

Cancellation -
If you unfortunately cannot come, we advise you to see if you can resell the ticket to someone else. A refund is unfortunately not possible.

Hilfe! Blub hat Bauchschmerzen. Kommst du helfen?
Blub, der Fisch, fühlt sich wegen all dem Müll im Meer nicht besonders gut. Zuerst erzählt Blub seine Geschichte, dann machen wir in Gruppen einen Spaziergang durch den Delftse Hout und sammeln den Müll ein, den wir finden, damit er nicht mehr bei Blub landet. Welche Gruppe sammelt am meisten ein?

Aerial Yoga Kids Workshop

11:00 Animation

Want to learn acrobatics? Sign up now for an Aerial yoga class and learn to fly in the canvases!
There are 2 half-hour sessions. For this activity, you need to sign up!

Important: Bring an XXL towel or yoga mat and make sure you wear tight clothes without buttons and/or zips. This because these can damage the slings. The workout is barefoot. It is also advisable not to eat or drink for an hour prior to the class in connection with swinging in the slings.
