Petting zoo

The petting zoo is popular among the children. Get to know the animals from our petting zoo! Admire the chickens, goats, zebu, piglets, rabbits, and peacocks. Since the summer of 2021, Klepper, our stork, has also become a new resident at our campsite. He has also learned to fly this season!

The petting zoo is open on fixed days during the period from July 1st to August 31st, 2024:

• Every Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Every Tuesday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

 

Also open on Ascension Day and Pentecost on May 11th and 18th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Aviary with owls

In the aviary, two adult owls live. They like to hide, but if you look closely, you might be able to spot them. Recently, some baby owls have also been added. In front of the aviary, there are several metal 'birds'. Children can compare their wingspan with that of the owls. Take the first street to the left at the campsite, a little further on the left side, you can find the owls.
