Arrival

Warm welcome to Family Park Goolderheide!

Upon arrival, please first check in at the reception. We kindly ask you to check in alone, while the rest waits in the car. Here you will receive your accommodation number and we will guide you to the location on the map.

In addition, you will receive from us:

• The key after 3:00 PM (unless you have booked a trekking hut, then you will receive the key at 1:00 PM)
• Entry wristbands
• Barrier key
• Container card
• Animation booklet

 

Please note that you cannot access your accommodation before 3:00 PM and therefore you will not receive the key earlier if you check in earlier at the reception. Therefore, pack your groceries well to keep them cool until you can check in. Let our housekeeping staff do their job and do not go towards your accommodation yet. Enjoy our facilities and let your vacation begin!

In the accommodation:

Upon arrival, check if everything is functioning properly and to your liking. Any defects or malfunctions can be reported at the reception. Otherwise, all you need to do is make the beds and unpack. Your vacation can begin!
