You can sign up individually for the six-event competition.
Teams will be assigned by the organizers, taking different age groups into account.
If you really want to be on the same team as someone else, you can mention that, and theyll try to make it happen.
Youll find out which team you're in at the field at the start.
Youll also be told which coach will guide your team.
There will be a break in between so you can grab something to eat.
